Do you charge hourly?
Never. Every project is fixed-price, agreed in writing before a line of code is written. You know the exact total before you commit.
What's the payment structure?
Typically 50% upfront to begin, 50% on final delivery before handover. For larger projects we can split into three milestones. All payments in USD.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We talk about it openly. Minor additions are sometimes absorbed. Material scope changes get a change order — agreed in writing, with a revised price and timeline, before work changes.
Are plugin licenses included?
If a premium plugin is required (e.g. JetEngine, Bricks Builder), the license cost is quoted separately and transparently. We never add plugin costs to your invoice without prior approval.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes — monthly retainers for ongoing maintenance, support, or content updates. These are priced by scope and are popular with white-label agency partners.
What currency do you invoice in?
USD for all international clients. We accept wire transfer, Wise, and PayPal. No additional processing fees are added to your invoice.
