Figma or XD, with all screens, states, and mobile views. Partial designs at the start mean revisions later. Complete files upfront = faster, cheaper builds.

Final copy & images before we start

The number one reason projects stall: missing content. Lorem ipsum buys time; it doesn’t build sites. Have your text and images ready at kickoff.

One point of contact

Feedback from three different stakeholders with conflicting opinions adds weeks. Consolidate input internally, then send us one clear set of revisions.

Timely feedback on milestones

We hold our timelines. We need you to hold yours too. Staging links sent for review should be responded to within 3–5 business days to keep momentum.
